Fat: 86.08g | Prot: 94.35g | Carb: 28.02g.   Breakfast:  butter, Egg, Mushrooms, Broccoli Florets, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), heavy cream. Dinner:  Red Onions, Green Peppers, Garlic, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), olive oil. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese.
