Fat: 43.66g | Prot: 85.40g | Carb: 172.79g.   Breakfast:  Healthy Goodness Fat Free Multi-Grain Wheat Bread, Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast (Oscar Mayer), Sausage Patty, American Cheese, Bagel. Lunch:  Sliced Pears (No Sugar Added), Light Fat Free Yogurt - Apple Turnover, Total Raisin Bran Cereal, Milk (1/2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Dinner:  Walleye Pike (Fish), Bloody Mary, Chicken Noodle Soup. Snacks/Other:  Original Turtles.
