Fat: 36.17g | Prot: 120.13g | Carb: 191.05g.   Breakfast:  apple bagel, chobani lemon. Lunch:  italian bread, pepper jack cheese, sara lee turkey. Dinner:  ahi tuna, fried wonton, land o lakes saute, pretzel, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  beer, fiber one protein bar, orange.
