Fat: 32.63g | Prot: 101.19g | Carb: 182.20g.   Breakfast:  bagel thin wheat, chobani lemon, coffee, cream. Lunch:  italian bread, pepper jack cheese, sara lee turkey. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Medium Eggs, Raspberry Dressing. Snacks/Other:  apple bagel, beer, olive, orange.
