Fat: 33.60g | Prot: 108.05g | Carb: 137.85g.   Breakfast:  chobani orange, bagel thin wheat. Lunch:  35 bread, havarti, Buffalo Style Chicken Breast. Dinner:  shrimp, Lobster, land o lakes saute. Snacks/Other:  orange, fiber one protein bar, French Roll.
