Fat: 36.30g | Prot: 74.87g | Carb: 150.61g.   Lunch:  mcdonalds small fry, ketchup, hamburger bun, boneless skinless chicken. Dinner:  mushroom, butter, sweet pepper, onion, green pepper, sirloin. Snacks/Other:  havarti, chobani, bagel thin wheat, strawberry.
