Fat: 66.71g | Prot: 67.13g | Carb: 163.40g.   Lunch:  Dinner Rolls, Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese, Cinnamon Roll, Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potato, vegetable beef soup. Dinner:  refried beans, Orange Tacos. Snacks/Other:  special K peanut, Classic Potato Chips (28.3g), Freshly Brewed Coffee (Grande), half and half.
