Fat: 66.71g | Prot: 67.13g | Carb: 163.40g.   Lunch:  Cinnamon Roll, Dinner Rolls, Mashed Potato, Roast Beef, Salisbury Steak, Swiss Cheese, vegetable beef soup. Dinner:  Orange Tacos, refried beans. Snacks/Other:  Classic Potato Chips (28.3g), Freshly Brewed Coffee (Grande), half and half, special K peanut.
