Fat: 43.25g | Prot: 48.99g | Carb: 190.85g.   Breakfast:  coffee, cream, Healthy Grain Multi Grain Bagels. Lunch:  Beef Jerky, Cookie, Flour Tortilla, Guacamole, Mini Pretzel Twists, Orange Juice, Potato Chips, Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner:  subway american, subway honey msutard, subway turkey ham. Snacks/Other:  watermelon.
