Fat: 66.43g | Prot: 92.09g | Carb: 174.57g.   Breakfast:  dunkin donuts coffee cream sugar, egg, green pepper, ham, sweet onion. Lunch:  progresso hearty chicken pot pie. Dinner:  Lighter Choice 6 Oz Classic Sirloin, popcorn movie. Snacks/Other:  banana, navel orange.
