Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Strawberries, Grapes, blueberry , Carrots, Celery. Dinner:  salad, Lean cuisine sesame ginger chicken spring rolls, Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins. Snacks/Other:  Special K Pastry Crisps - Brown Sugar Cinnamon (Kellogg's), 90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Peanut Butter.
