Lunch:  blueberry , Carrots, Celery, Cucumber (Peeled), Grapes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Strawberries. Dinner:  Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins, Lean cuisine sesame ginger chicken spring rolls, salad. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Special K Pastry Crisps - Brown Sugar Cinnamon (Kellogg's).
