Fat: 45.35g | Prot: 67.85g | Carb: 155.75g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, coffee, Ham & Cheddar. Lunch:  Coffee, Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Pulled Pork Quesadillas. Dinner:  Beef Cocktail Franks, Piccolini Mini Fusilli Pasta. Snacks/Other:  42% Lower Sodium Ham, Flour Tortilla, Genoa Salami, Lacey Swiss Cheese, Mayonnaise with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Nonfat Tazo Chai Tea Latte (Grande).
