Fat: 68.50g | Prot: 66.56g | Carb: 12.63g.   Breakfast:  Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer, Egg, Egg White , Kroger Heavy Whipping Cream, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, Shamrock Farms Original Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat).
