Fat: 17.52g | Prot: 53.46g | Carb: 224.80g.   Breakfast:  apple, hot water with lemon . Lunch:  6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. Dinner:  brown sugar, oatmeal with milk. Snacks/Other:  orange, Vitamin Water Revive Fruit Punch (Bottle).
