Lunch:  Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges, Nabisco Triscuit Thin Crisps Parmesan Garlic, Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast Soup. Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill Romaine Lettuce Chopped, Meatless Spinach Quiche, Riesling Wine, Turkey Bacon, Tuttorosso Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes.
