Lunch:  Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast Soup, Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges, Nabisco Triscuit Thin Crisps Parmesan Garlic. Dinner:  Meatless Spinach Quiche, Turkey Bacon, Riesling Wine, Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill Romaine Lettuce Chopped, Tuttorosso Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
