Fat: 41.97g | Prot: 71.87g | Carb: 202.01g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, Brownberry multi-grain sandwich thins, Jif extra crunchy peanut butter. Lunch:  Butter or Sugar Cookie, pretzel crisps, Snack Factory, Turkey chili. Dinner:  Butter or Sugar Cookie, pulled pork, Sandwich Thins Multi-Grain, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Tootsie Roll Snack Bar.
