Fat: 35.69g | Prot: 71.02g | Carb: 185.97g.   Lunch:  Turkey chili, Brownberry sandwich thins, multigrain, Laughing Cow light swiss cheese wedges, frozen peas, cooked with no fat, Cafe Vanilla, Butter or Sugar Cookie. Dinner:  Progresso light chicken noodle soup, Brownberry sandwich thins, multigrain, Jif extra crunchy peanut butter, Smuckers black raspberry jelly, Del Monte no sugar added diced peaches.
