Fat: 48.86g | Prot: 51.65g | Carb: 161.40g.   Breakfast:  Bisquick waffle, black coffee, boiled eggs, Maple syrup. Lunch:  kalamata olives, mixed salad greens, Tostitos corn chips, Turkey chili, Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Brownberry sandwich thins, multi-grain, Laughing Cow garlic herb light cheese wedges, Mixed salad greens, Newmans balsamic vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Tootsie Roll bar.
