Fat: 53.29g | Prot: 44.23g | Carb: 180.57g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, Jif extra crunchy peanut butter, Multi-Grain Sandwich Slims. Lunch:  Laughing Cow light swiss cheese wedges, Ramen noodles, Ritz crackers. Dinner:  brown short grain rice, cooked, feta cheese, reduced fat mozzarella cheese, Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies, tomato puree, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other:  Muffin.
