Fat: 80.20g | Prot: 69.02g | Carb: 148.34g.   Breakfast:  First Watch Parma Hash, black coffee. Lunch:  Johnsonville Brats, sauerkraut, Kroger meals made simple - homestyle mashed potatoes. Dinner:  Cheerios, 1% milk, Sun Chips 100 calorie pack, Light Mozzarella String Cheese, Triscuits. Snacks/Other:  Yasso greek yogurt, frozen bar.
