Lunch:  Cherry Tomatoes, Hormel Meat Lovers Wrap, Panera Bread reduced fat poppyseed dressing, Romaine, chopped. Dinner:  13 bean soup, corn bread, Oatmeal Bake, Private Selection vanilla ice cream, turkey soup with wild rice.
