Fat: 48.92g | Prot: 30.11g | Carb: 118.66g.   Breakfast:  Nutri-grain cereal bar, raspberry, black coffee. Lunch:  Michelinas salisbury steak, Birdseye single serve peas. Dinner:  potatoes, flesh and skin, Olive oil, green beans, canned, Skinny Cow , Spam Low Sodium.
