Fat: 45.37g | Prot: 46.12g | Carb: 170.80g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, Nutri Grain Cereal Bar - mixed berry. Lunch:  chopped romaine lettuce, Michelinas three cheese chicken and rice, Rice Krispies marshmallow treat, sweet and sour salad dressing. Dinner:  Birdseye Steamfresh Sweet peas singles, Cafe escapes vanilla, carrot cake with icing, meat loaf, potato wedges.
