Fat: 45.37g | Prot: 46.12g | Carb: 170.80g.   Breakfast:  Nutri Grain Cereal Bar - mixed berry, black coffee. Lunch:  Michelinas three cheese chicken and rice, chopped romaine lettuce, sweet and sour salad dressing, Rice Krispies marshmallow treat. Dinner:  meat loaf, potato wedges, Birdseye Steamfresh Sweet peas singles, carrot cake with icing, Cafe escapes vanilla.
