Fat: 31.59g | Prot: 64.82g | Carb: 151.25g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, Nutri Grain Cereal Bar - mixed berry. Lunch:  Brownberry sandwich thin, Jif extra crunchy peanut butter, Progresso light roast beef soup, Smuckers seedless black raspberry jam. Dinner:  Healthy Choice frozen raspberry yogurt, Sweet Peas, Velveeta Cheesy Skillets - Chicken and Broccoli.
