Fat: 53.81g | Prot: 75.60g | Carb: 143.31g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, Smart Beginnings Waffles with turkey sausage. Lunch:  McDonalds grilled chicken bacon ranch salad, McDonald's ranch dressing packet. Dinner:  bacon, crackers , green beans with bacon bits, mayo, pineapple slices, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), shredded cheddar cheese, Warm Delights - Molten Caramel Cake.
