Fat: 44.22g | Prot: 45.82g | Carb: 161.62g.   Breakfast:  Nutri Grain Cereal Bar - Apple, black coffee. Lunch:  Progresso Light chicken noodle soup, Brownberry sandwich thins, Laughing Cow light creamy swiss wedges. Dinner:  Loin Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), mashed potatoes, savoy cabbage, Smithwicks ale, chocolate cake with ganache.
