Fat: 60.64g | Prot: 61.89g | Carb: 121.22g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, Nutri Grain Cereal Bar - strawberry. Lunch:  cauliflower soup, flour tortillas, Great Value thin sliced provolone, half and half, kalamata olives, parmesan cheese. Dinner:  McDonalds grilled chicken bacon salad, McDonalds parfait.
