Fat: 33.38g | Prot: 37.23g | Carb: 198.28g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, mixed fruit, pancake syrup, Plain Waffle. Lunch:  Bananas, Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, cream cheese, single serving, diet Coke. Dinner:  balsamic vinaigrette, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, chicken alfredo, shredded lettuce. Snacks/Other:  strawberry daiquiri, frozen.
