Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Light Mayonnaise, Mustard, Royal Hearth 12 Grain (premium quality bread). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Double Fiber & Honey, Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, Light Mayonnaise, Tuna in Water (Canned).
