Fat: 95.20g | Prot: 116.00g | Carb: 285.65g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, 2% Fat Milk, Apples, Coconuts, Oranges, Pineapple. Lunch:  12 Grain (premium quality bread), 2% Fat Milk, Carrots, Celery, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Peanut Butter, Potatoes (Flesh Without Skin, Without Salt, Boiled). Dinner:  casa di bertacchi, Cheddar Cheese, hunts four cheese, milk, Whole Grain Rotini.
