Lunch: 12 Grain (premium quality bread), 2% Fat Milk, Carrots, Celery, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Peanut Butter, Potatoes (Flesh Without Skin, Without Salt, Boiled). Dinner: casa di bertacchi, Cheddar Cheese, hunts four cheese, milk, Whole Grain Rotini.
