Fat: 95.20g | Prot: 116.00g | Carb: 285.65g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Apples, Pineapple, Oranges, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Coconuts. Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Celery, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Potatoes (Flesh Without Skin, Without Salt, Boiled), Carrots, 12 Grain (premium quality bread), Peanut Butter. Dinner:  casa di bertacchi, Whole Grain Rotini, milk, hunts four cheese, Cheddar Cheese.
