Fat: 82.93g | Prot: 95.50g | Carb: 234.15g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, 12 Grain (premium quality bread), 2% Fat Milk, Apples, Butter, Coconuts, Egg, Egg White, Oranges, Pineapple. Lunch:  5 Piece Spicy Chicken Nuggets, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Chili (Large). Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, soup.
