Fat: 81.41g | Prot: 147.94g | Carb: 290.80g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, 2% Fat Milk, Apples, Coconuts, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Oranges, Pineapple. Lunch:  6" Wheat Bread, Baby Spinach, Bell Peppers, Chipotle Southwest Sauce, Cucumber (with Peel), Dill Cucumber Pickles, Provolone Cheese, Tomatoes. Dinner:  12 Grain (premium quality bread), 2% Fat Milk, Celery, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, Light Mayonnaise.
