Fat: 81.41g | Prot: 147.94g | Carb: 290.80g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Apples, Pineapple, Oranges, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Coconuts. Lunch:  6" Wheat Bread, Chipotle Southwest Sauce, Provolone Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Baby Spinach, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Light Mayonnaise, 12 Grain (premium quality bread), Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, Celery.
