Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, almond bark, Carrots, Celery, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Light Mayonnaise, Multigrain Bread, Spinach, Tomatoes. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Jam Preserves, Multigrain Bread, Peanut Butter.
