Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Multigrain Bread, Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Carrots, Celery, Light Mayonnaise, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Spinach, Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels, almond bark. Dinner:  Multigrain Bread, Peanut Butter, Jam Preserves, 2% Fat Milk.
