Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Carrots , Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Healthy Harvest 7 Grain Blend Pasta Fusilli, Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises. Snacks/Other:  Avocados, Carrots , Celery , Celery , Cos or Romaine Lettuce , fresh peanut butter, Light Mayonnaise, Multigrain Bread, Spinach , Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Meat.
