Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Carrots , Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Healthy Harvest 7 Grain Blend Pasta Fusilli, Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Carrots , Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Celery , Spinach , Celery , fresh peanut butter, Light Mayonnaise, Turkey Breast Meat, Multigrain Bread, Avocados.
