Fat: 83.73g | Prot: 135.87g | Carb: 391.41g.   Breakfast:  Leche Desnatada, Cola Cao Original, Fitness Chocolate. Lunch:  Macarrones, Tomate Triturado (Enlatados), Cebollas Cocidas Maduras, Lomo de Ternera Superior (que Se Corta a 0,3 Cm de Grasa), Café Nespresso Cortado con Azúcar, Baguette, Queso Parmesano Rallado Seco. Dinner:  Pescado al Horno o Hervido, Polvoron Tradicional, Chocolate con Leche, Langostinos, Vino Tinto de Mesa, Sorbete de Cítricos con Sabor Amargo, Piña, Aguacates, Baguette, Salmón Ahumado, Salsa Rosa. Snacks/Other:  Té con Miel, Piña, Pan de Molde Multicereales, Ferrero Rocher, Trucha Ahumada.
