Fat: 83.73g | Prot: 135.87g | Carb: 391.41g.   Breakfast:  Cola Cao Original, Fitness Chocolate, Leche Desnatada. Lunch:  Baguette, Café Nespresso Cortado con Azúcar, Cebollas Cocidas Maduras, Lomo de Ternera Superior (que Se Corta a 0,3 Cm de Grasa), Macarrones, Queso Parmesano Rallado Seco, Tomate Triturado (Enlatados). Dinner:  Aguacates, Baguette, Chocolate con Leche, Langostinos, Pescado al Horno o Hervido, Piña, Polvoron Tradicional, Salmón Ahumado, Salsa Rosa, Sorbete de Cítricos con Sabor Amargo, Vino Tinto de Mesa. Snacks/Other:  Ferrero Rocher, Pan de Molde Multicereales, Piña, Té con Miel, Trucha Ahumada.
