Fat: 89.35g | Prot: 104.77g | Carb: 426.07g.   Breakfast:  Clementines, Clover Honey, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat Bagel, Milk (Nonfat), Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Meatless Lasagna. Dinner:  Salsa Verde, Turkey Mole Burrito (Half). Snacks/Other:  Black & White Trail Mix, bom dia coconut splash, Golden Oreo, Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich.
