Lunch:  Chicken Sandwich, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen). Dinner:  Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Land O'Lakes Light Butter, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Snacks/Other:  Taco Time Crisp Beef Taco.
