Fat: 52.58g | Prot: 101.72g | Carb: 208.15g.   Breakfast:  Wegmans Whole Grain Bread, Bananas, Vegetable Oil-Butter Spread (Reduced Calorie, Tub, Salted), Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Black Cherry. Lunch:  Safeway White Corn Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, 100% Whole Wheat Bagel, Panera Bread Reduced Fat Plain Cream Cheese Spread. Dinner:  Grilled Fish, Cooked Green String Beans (from Canned), Olive Oil, Mangos, Honeydew Melons. Snacks/Other:  Land O'Lakes Mini Moos Half & Half Creamers, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Vanilla.
