Fat: 49.05g | Prot: 51.61g | Carb: 136.03g.   Breakfast:  Good Seed Sprouted Wheat Bread, Butter (Salted), Coffee, Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  good seed sprouted wheat bread, olive oil mayo, trader joe's smoked turkey, trader joe's sliced colby jack. Dinner:  roll, butter, coleslaw, chardonnay, beer, fried prawns, french fries. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chunk Cookie.
