Fat: 144.78g | Prot: 92.00g | Carb: 172.21g.   Breakfast:  Cafe Escapes Chai Latte, Kellogg's Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Arnold Honey Wheat Sandwich Thins, Bananas, Monster Beverage Zero Ultra, Nutella Hazelnut Spread, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter. Dinner:  American Cheese, Bubba Burger Sweet Onion Burger, Cooked Kohlrabi (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Hollandaise Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Dove Dark Chocolate Miniatures, Hostess Twinkies Golden Sponge Cake with Creamy Filling, Klondike Mint Chocolate Chip.
