Fat: 97.49g | Prot: 102.99g | Carb: 311.25g.   Breakfast:  Aunt Millie's Homestyle 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Egg Beaters Egg Beaters - Original, Market Pantry Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Milk (Nonfat), Nesquik 25% Less Sugar Chocolate Powder. Lunch:  Arby's Dr Pepper (16 oz), Burger King French Fries (Medium), Burger King Whopper Jr. Sandwich with Cheese. Dinner:  Betty Crocker Cheesy Hashbrown, Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), Golden Corral Banana Pudding, Green Peas (Frozen), Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Jack Link's Original Beef Jerky, Kool-Aid Cherry Jammers, Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiche - Snickerdoodle.
