Fat: 97.49g | Prot: 102.99g | Carb: 311.25g.   Breakfast:  Egg Beaters Egg Beaters - Original, Milk (Nonfat), Aunt Millie's Homestyle 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Nesquik 25% Less Sugar Chocolate Powder, Market Pantry Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Burger King Whopper Jr. Sandwich with Cheese, Burger King French Fries (Medium), Arby's Dr Pepper (16 oz). Dinner:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), Betty Crocker Cheesy Hashbrown, Green Peas (Frozen), Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls, Golden Corral Banana Pudding. Snacks/Other:  Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiche - Snickerdoodle, Jack Link's Original Beef Jerky, Kool-Aid Cherry Jammers.
