Fat: 117.42g | Prot: 207.14g | Carb: 242.10g.   Breakfast:  Meal Replacement Shake, Spark Energy Drink, Herbal Cleanse Fiber Drink. Lunch:  Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat), Flounder Fillets, Cauliflower and Cheese Sauce. Dinner:  Turkey Sausage Patties, Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free Processed Cheese Slices, Long Potato Rolls, Chicken Wing Drumettes. Snacks/Other:  Day Old Bread, Grapes, Premium Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing, Regular Fries, Double Cheese Krystal.
