Fat: 100.22g | Prot: 64.91g | Carb: 143.55g.   Breakfast:  activia peach, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables, Half n Half, Splenda. Dinner:  dijon mustard great value, hot dog bun fresh and easy, italian sausage fresh and easy, mayo great value. Snacks/Other:  rold gold peppermint.
