Fat: 47.91g | Prot: 75.61g | Carb: 151.69g.   Breakfast:  Morning Smoothie, Reduced Fat Latte Coffee, Spectrum Chia Seeds. Lunch:  Fried Floured or Breaded Fish, White Rice. Dinner:  Monks' Bread Wheat Wholegrain Bread, Watties Spaghetti in tomato sauce. Snacks/Other:  Beer, LU Shortbread, Potato Chips, Sauvignon Blanc Wine.
