Fat: 56.20g | Prot: 43.79g | Carb: 156.07g.   Breakfast:  Caramel Cappuccino, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, strawberries. Lunch:  Baked Potato, Brownie, Butter, cheddar shredded Cheese, Chilli, Sour Cream. Dinner:  BLACK OLIVES, cheddar shredded cheese, CHERRY TOMATOES, HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH LIGHT DRESSING, MUSHROOMS, ONION, SHREDDED CARROTS, SPINACH. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana.
