Fat: 95.57g | Prot: 125.95g | Carb: 226.24g.   Breakfast:  Whole Milk with DHA Omega-3, land o lakes sweet cream butter, raw organic honey, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  broccoli, squash, grilled chicken. Dinner:  String Cheese Mozzarella Cheese Snacks, Natural Almond Butter - Maple, Oranges, Chicken Nuggets (4 Count), Waffle Potato Fries (Small), Pineapple. Snacks/Other:  cashew pecan nut butter ball, chocolate covered oreo, butterscotch candy, pear, kombucha gt's, horizon string cheese, baby carrots.
