Fat: 115.10g | Prot: 124.72g | Carb: 198.15g.   Breakfast:  Irish quick cooking oatmeal, Natural Almond Butter - Maple, Sweet Cream Salted Butter (Half Sticks), Whole Milk with DHA Omega-3. Lunch:  grilled chicken, macaroni and cheese, turnip greens with bacon. Dinner:  ahi tower, annie's fruit snacks. Snacks/Other:  horizon organic string cheese, Oranges, Pink Lady Apples.
