Fat: 64.05g | Prot: 129.52g | Carb: 209.24g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, berry mix, nutritional flakes, chia powder, Pro-Optimal Whey - Vanilla, chick-fil-a nugget. Lunch:  turkey garden salad, annie's fruit snack, mozzarella, italian dressing. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken Wrap, Jumbo Popcorn Chicken (Large). Snacks/Other:  fruit strip, archer farms fruit peel, florida's natural nuggets, annie's bunny graham.
