Fat: 106.19g | Prot: 134.21g | Carb: 283.16g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Oatmeal, Oranges, Raisins. Lunch:  Angel Hair Pasta, Crackers, Gouda Cheese, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Sweet Basil Pesto Smoked Chicken and Turkey Sausage, White Table Wine. Dinner:  Australian Lamb Leg (Shank Half, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Broccoli, Mojito, Red Table Wine, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Belgian Butter Waffle Cookies, Brandy.
