Fat: 57.02g | Prot: 87.30g | Carb: 203.85g.   Breakfast:  Multigrain Whole Wheat Bread, Marmalade, Bananas, Oranges. Lunch:  Soft Salami, Crackers, Mazzio's Works Thin Crust Pizza, Chicken Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted), Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Dinner:  Beer, Red Table Wine, Corn Bread, Chicken Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Gin.
