Fat: 121.85g | Prot: 142.72g | Carb: 351.22g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Belgian Butter Waffle Cookies, Marmalade, Oranges, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Crisp Mixed Salad, European Style Whole Grain Bread, Reduced Sodium Chicken Gumbo, Sliced Smoked Gouda. Dinner:  Broccoli, Cambozola Blue Cheese, Carrots, Fresh Asiago Cheese, Riesling Wine, Salmon, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Apple Strudel, Belgian Butter Waffle Cookies, Brandy, Clara, Danish Pastry, Swedish Meatballs.
