Fat: 121.85g | Prot: 142.72g | Carb: 351.22g.   Breakfast:  Oranges, Bananas, Whole Wheat Bread, Marmalade, Belgian Butter Waffle Cookies, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Lunch:  Crisp Mixed Salad, Reduced Sodium Chicken Gumbo, European Style Whole Grain Bread, Sliced Smoked Gouda. Dinner:  Fresh Asiago Cheese, Riesling Wine, Salmon, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Broccoli, Carrots, Cambozola Blue Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Belgian Butter Waffle Cookies, Apple Strudel, Clara, Swedish Meatballs, Danish Pastry, Brandy.
